1. Personality Test & Aptitude (Verbal Reasoning), (Abstract Reasoning): Discover your weaknesses and strengths. We test your abstract reasoning, which is your ability to analyze and solve unfamiliar problems that do not rely on prior knowledge or experience. Your abstract reasoning skills, is about how you use fluid intelligence and lateral thinking to solve problems in daily life. An in-depth understanding of your ability to think, and reason. As well as your critical thinking abilities, comprehension, and attention to detail, essential for your written and oral communication. How good is your ability to think outside the box and examine logical problems. This is essential for innovation and creative decision-making. 

2. Screening & Interview: We assess suitability based on various factors, including our own experience in different crew positions. We use proven techniques from previous roles. This will not only assess English proficiency but also evaluate suitability for life on-board, considering contract length, family situation, personality, future expectations and goals. We conduct extensive interview training throughout.

3. Cover letter, CV, Industry Standards: We understand what hiring managers look for. Therefore, we will ensure that all necessary information is in place and presented clearly. This includes checking the structure, formatting, and accuracy of the candidates' CVs, have a perfect cover letter, and synchronized with social media such as LinkedIn.

4. Background & References: We place importance on verifying the background and experience of our candidates. We will conduct thorough background checks and reference verifications to ensure that the candidate’s experience is genuine and relevant. 

5. Training, Certification & Support: We are certified instructors, and assessors, with a accreditation ability according to Panama flag. We will conduct the STCW courses, we assist with Seaman’s Book, Medical, and eventually the visa application. 

6. Continuous Availability and Training: We do as many interview preparation simulations needed. We will assist, address and whatever is necessary throughout the process.
